Monroe Community Church is looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) Kids and Family Ministry Coordinator to help children from birth through 6th grade and their families grow in faith. Working under the leadership of our Pastor of Discipleship, you'll oversee weekly kids ministry environments, coordinate curriculum, plan family events, and communicate with parents. You'll also recruit, train, and encourage volunteers, especially young parents, to build a healthy and sustainable volunteer culture. We're looking for a mature Christian with a prayerful spirit, strong organizational skills, a warm presence with kids and families, and experience coordinating volunteers and in PreK-6th grade ministry or education. Availability on Sundays and Tuesday mornings for staff meetings is required.
